• 獲派「統一派位」的學童註冊

  • 日期：2023年6月13日至15日

  • 時間：上午9:00至12:00 及 下午2:00至4:00

• 請攜帶：

  1. 小一註冊證(正本)
  2. 學生出世紙正、副本及相片一張
  3. 家長身份證明文件正、副本
  4. 留位費$200，此費用為訂購學生學習材料，該款項在7月15日 訂購相關材料後不設退回(開學後可退回材料)
   

• 重要聲明：

  1. 如家長未能在指定期限內辦理註冊手續，則被當作放棄學位論，該生學位將由後備生補上。
  2. 家長無須帶同子女到校辦理註冊手續。
  3. 家長必須配戴口罩，並遵從相關的防疫措施及保持社交距離。
  4. 所有進入校園12歲或以上人士必須符合「疫苗通行證」要求，並掃描「安心出行」應用程式。
  5. 凡經「小一入學統一派位」未能獲派本校2023年度小一學位，而有意投考本校一年級的學生家長 (叩門)，可致電本校，安排面試及辦理申請手續。

Please bring along

- The Registration Form

- The original and 1 photocopy of your child’s Hong Kong Birth Certificate

- Original and copy of the proof of identification documents:

            i. Born in China: One-way permit, Birth Certificate or other proof documents

            ii. Born overseas: Birth Certificate, Passport of Proof of Residence

- 1 passport-size recent photographs of the child

- Miscellaneous fee ($200)

Remarks:

Parents failing to register with school on the specified dates will be deemed to have given up the school place allocated.
