2024-2025 年度小學一年級新生入學報名即將開始，適齡兒童（2018 年 12 月 31 日或 以前出生者）之家長須於本年 9 月 25 日(星期一)至 9 月 29 日(星期五)前將入學申請表及以下文件交予欲投考之小學。
交表日期︰25/9 - 29/9
收表時間︰上午 9:00 至 12:00 及 下午 2:00 至 4:00
收表地點︰本校地下雨操場

家長或監護人之身份證、護照或其他身份證明文件正本及影印本。 |

學童之香港出生證明書正本及影印本。 |

居住地址之證明文件正本及影印本(如水/電費等)，該文件的姓名須與家長或 監護人的姓名相同。 |

大回郵信封一個(請清楚寫上學童姓名、聯絡地址及貼上2.2元郵票)。 |
5 |
如學童為天主教徒，請帶備領洗紙正本及影印本。 |
6 |
如有兄姊在本校就讀，請帶備其兄姊本年度手冊學籍欄之影印本。 |
7 |
如父母或兄姊為本校之畢業生，請帶備其畢業證書正本及影印本。 |
Information of Discretionary Places Admission
2024-2025 Primary One Admission is available from 25 to 29 September 2023. To be eligible for participation, the child must reach the age of 5 years 8 months when he/she is enrolled in P1 in September 2024.
Apply for a Discretionary Place
-Submit the Application Form to the school within the following dates: 25 to 29 September 2023
-Collection time: 9:00am - 12:00nn & 2:00pm – 4:00pm
-Collection Venue: Covered playground, Ling To Catholic Primary School
Remarks:
Please bring the following documents:
- The original and photocopies of the parent / guardian’s ID card, passport or other identification documents;
- The original and photocopies of the Hong Kong birth certificate of the applicant child;
- The original and photocopies of the proof of residential address;
- A prepaid envelope ($2.2 stamp) (Please write the applicant child’s name and address);
- If the applicant child is Catholic, please bring the original and photocopies of certificate of Baptism;
- If the applicant child has sibling(s) studying in this school at present, please bring his/her photocopy of 2023-2024 Student Record.
- If parent or sibling(s) was graduated from this school, please bring his/her the original and photocopies of graduation certificate.
